Come join us for the ultimate doggy day out and celebrate the everyday dog.There is something for everyone and every dog, with food, stalls, face painting, photo booths, demonstrations, and competitions for the every-day dog and their best friend including The Great NZ Dog Dash. Inspired by Pooch Racing event held in Cambridge a few years ago, the event is open for entries for dogs of all sizes to race against each other (from one human to another).

Barking Mad Dog Markets & Events
Barking Mad is coming back to the North Shore!! This time bigger and better, with support from the Local Council we will be bringing the best of all dog events to this amazing town.
Date: Saturday 18th October
Time: 10am - 3pm
What to expect...
- The Barking Mad Dog Show (podium event) - $8 per entry
- Barking Mad Races
- Auckland's no.1 dog event (show stopper!) - $6 per entry
- LIVE MUSIC and lots of amazing, high quality NZ Made dogs goods at the Barking Mad dog market.
It’s a day for the family, a day to remember where memories are made.
As aways, we will be raising money for charity so please come full pursed of gold coins for the charity raffle and more! (Gold coin donation buckets darted all over the place)
There will also be educational talks from dog trainers and members of Auckland Council. (Details will be released closer to the date).
