How do I know what sizes to buy?

Great question! Each of our products has a detailed Size Guide Chart to help you find the perfect fit for your pup. We always recommend measuring your dog's neck, chest and weight, then comparing it to our chart before purchasing. If you're still unsure, feel free to contact us at info@walkieez.com and we'll be happy to help!

When will my order arrive?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days.

NEW ZEALAND - We estimate that you should have your delivery within 1-3 days of your item being dispatched. Rural deliveries may take an additional 2-3 days to arrive.

AUSTRALIA - We estimate that you should have your delivery within 3-10 days of your item being dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL - We estimate that you should have your delivery within 6-13 days of your item being dispatched.

What is your policy for returning or exchanges?

We want you to have the best experience with Walkieez! While returns rarely happen, we do have a great policy in place. You have 30 days from your delivery date to initiate a return. Products must be new and unused to qualify for a full refund. Please note that customers are responsible for return postage. If your order includes promotional or free items, those items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
