How do I create my dog’s profile?

Simply scan your new tag or visit www.mypawzid.com, then fill in your dog’s details. You can update the profile anytime and add multiple tags to the account.

What happens if someone scans my dog’s tag?

They’ll see your dog’s profile with the information you’ve chosen to share, and they can contact you immediately if your dog is lost via phone call, and can send you a GPS pin location.

Is my dog’s information secure?

Yes! You control what information is displayed, and no one can edit your dog’s profile without your permission or log in details.

Can I update my dog’s profile later?

Absolutely! You can update your dog’s details at any time - including contact info, medical notes, or photos.
